Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled adult care professional to join our Community Mental Health Teams in Weymouth and Blandford. As a Care Specialist - Adult Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident with the legal basis for practice. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of relevant legislation.

  • You will work as part of a busy team, collaborating with other teams within the local authority to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Educational Requirements: The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Social Work qualification. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

Salary: Estimated salary: £32,640 - £44,624 per annum (dependent on experience).
