We are seeking an experienced adult care professional to join our Community Learning Disability Teams in Bridport, Dorchester, Weymouth, and Portland. As an Adult Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our customers with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident with the legal basis for practice. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of relevant legislation.

About the Role

  • You will work as part of a busy team, collaborating with other teams within the local authority to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • You will have opportunities for continuous professional development, including regular reflective supervision and mentoring.

Educational Requirements: The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Social Work qualification. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

Salary: Estimated salary: £32,640 - £44,624 per annum (dependent on experience).
