About The Role

At Care South, we are seeking an Assistant Care Professional to join our team at Buxton House in Weymouth. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident
* Building relationships and providing companionship to our residents
* Supporting and encouraging our residents to remain as independent as possible
* Providing elements of personal care, including washing and dressing where needed
* Working collaboratively with the care team to create a co-operative, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the home

About You:

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous care experience is not essential, but a full induction and training programme will be provided to support you. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.75 to £12.00 per hour, flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, and bank shifts.
