Caregiver Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to provide nighttime care for a baby with complex medical needs. This role requires experience in paediatric complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation management, as well as knowledge of NG feeding and willingness to train on PEG feeding.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nighttime care for the baby, including monitoring and managing medical equipment.
  • Support the baby's family and healthcare team to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Work independently and make decisions quickly in response to changing situations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in paediatric complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation management.

  • First aid and basic life support certification.
Salary and Benefits:
