The Role:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Childcare Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a driving license. They will be responsible for supporting the daily care and activities of children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- To form strong relationships with the children and provide emotional support and stability.
- To implement therapeutic techniques and interventions as part of a care plan.
- To maintain accurate records of the child's progress, behaviours, and any incidents.
- To support the child's educational needs.
A competitive salary of £11 hourly rate, with sleep-in rate £55, plus a welcome bonus of up to £1,500 (T&Cs apply). Comprehensive training programs and ongoing support will also be provided.
