About the Role

The Night Youth Practitioner is a full-time position at 37 hours per week. As a flexible employer, we are open to conversations around a part-time contract.

The role involves working with children and vulnerable adults, and requires significant travel. You must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to form and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and families
