About the Role

The Wake Night Support Worker plays a vital part in the daily lives of service users, promoting their independence while providing support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompting and encouraging service users to develop personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and assisting with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to appointments or administering medication as needed
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care and domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking, tailored to individual service user needs

As a Wake Night Support Worker at Accomplish, you'll have opportunities for training and professional development, contributing to your growth and success in this role. The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of £12.70.
