Overview

Lily Residential Services LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide individualized support to children with complex needs in a nurturing environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in our children's home, supporting young people in various activities, such as outdoor games, educational sessions, and daily living skills. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting emotional well-being, and developing strong relationships with the children.

You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized home, participating in meal preparation, and engaging in enriching activities with the children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and relevant experience working with children. We value reliability, compassion, and excellent communication skills.

A driving license is required, and we are committed to investing in your professional development through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,959.80 - £31,176.60 per annum (including sleep-in rate), a welcome bonus of up to £1,500, and a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and excellence in care.
