Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a vital member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour (approximately £29,760 per annum), paid monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional and physical support to children with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Participating in multidisciplinary care planning to ensure holistic care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work) or equivalent experience
  • Full UK Driving License (advantageous)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
