Residential Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team at LILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
About the Role:
- To provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters trust and respect.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
- An enhanced DBS check and a clear five-year UK work history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £29,000 per annum, including a welcome bonus of up to £1,500. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
