Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our residential childcare service, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to our children, addressing their emotional, physical, and educational needs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages socialization, learning, and fun
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £29,959.80 - £31,176.60 per 39-hour contract (including sleep-in rate)
- £11.60 - £12.20 per hour
- £55.00 per sleep-in (average of 2.25 sleep-ins per week)
