Child Support Professional

LILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates a safe, stable, and empowering environment for children to thrive.
Salary: £11.59 per hour (including sleep-in rate) + Welcome Bonus of up to £1,500 (T&Cs apply)
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that prioritises the emotional, psychological, and educational needs of each child. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide tailored support to children and young people, helping them to build strong relationships and develop essential life skills.
You will be responsible for implementing therapeutic techniques and interventions as part of a care plan, ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the child. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of the child's progress, behaviours, and any incidents, and participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices in childcare and therapeutic interventions.

Requirements: A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake training. A driving license is required. We welcome candidates with experience in a children's home setting, but also those new to the field who can demonstrate a passion for improving children's lives.
