We are seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to join our team.
About the role:
- A 39-hour contract, with opportunities for overtime and sleep-ins.
- An hourly rate range of £11.60 - £12.20, with a sleep-in rate of £55.00.
- Eligibility for a Welcome Bonus.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
Salary information:
The estimated salary for this role is £29,959.80 - £31,176.60 per annum (including sleep-in rate), based on a 39-hour contract.
