This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong track record in building relationships and driving business growth within the wealth management sector. As a Global Partnerships Director at Aviva Investors, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase assets under management and revenues through global distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including investments, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Senior Leadership Team to define and execute the commercial strategy for partnerships.
  • Travel extensively to promote Aviva Investors' capabilities and build relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Regulatory threshold competent and approved.
  • Proven track record of achievement in Wealth business, including identifying and closing deals.
  • Excellent awareness of regulatory requirements with a consistent record of practical compliance.
