About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for SEN pupils in Westminster. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge while supporting individual pupils in their studies.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and other support staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for children with special educational needs. This may involve working one-to-one with pupils, leading small groups, or providing general classroom support.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of providing high-quality education and support to all our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers and other support staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Working one-to-one with pupils or leading small groups to help them reach their full potential
  • Providing general classroom support to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident when working with children, and have previous experience working with individuals with SEN needs. You should also be reliable, organised, and able to engage in sensory play activities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £425-£500 per week, paid through PAYE, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals.
