SEN Education Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Specialist to join our team at EdEx. As an SEN Education Assistant, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils with various SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech & Language issues.
Your Key Tasks:
- Work collaboratively with Teachers and SENCO to develop and implement Individual Education Plans.
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve pupil engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
