Job Title: Autism Support Assistant (SEN)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant (SEN) to join our team in Westminster.

As an Autism Support Assistant (SEN), you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism, helping them to reach their full potential.

  • Support the class teacher in delivering tailored educational plans.
  • Assist students with their learning and development.
  • Manage challenging behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Autism Support Assistant (SEN) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with autism.
