beBee Professionals in City of Westminster is seeking a compassionate and skilled Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide support to students during lessons, either one-on-one or in small groups, to ensure they receive the necessary assistance.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and social development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
