We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in City of Westminster. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the necessary assistance.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
