About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Education Assistant to join our team in Westminster. As an Education Assistant for children with SEN, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their academic success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to pupils with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored learning plans.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans for pupils with SEN
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils, using creative and engaging methods to promote their learning and development
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and effective support system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident when working with children, and have previous experience working with individuals with SEN needs. You should also be creative, patient, and able to think outside the box when developing innovative strategies to support our students.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £425-£500 per week, paid through PAYE, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals.
