Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant - Westminster

We are looking for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and/or Autism in Westminster and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
  1. Support pupils with SEMH and/or Autism, providing education and emotional support as needed.
  2. Work collaboratively with other staff members to monitor and adjust pupil progress.
  3. Develop strong relationships with learners who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEMH and/or Autism in a specialist provision or mainstream setting.
  • Provide education and emotional support to young learners, adapting to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and adjustments made.
Salary and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £20-25 per hour, depending on experience.
