SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant.
In this role, you will be working with pupils who require additional support due to their SEN, providing one-to-one assistance and developing strategies to engage them in learning.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in teaching or develop their skills in supporting children with SEN.
The salary for this position is estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, paid on a PAYE basis with no umbrella companies. The position requires the appropriate qualifications and training, and all applicants will undergo safeguarding checks.
About the Job:
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with SEN
- Developing creative strategies to engage pupils in learning
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective support for pupils
Key Skills:
- Experience working with SEN children or adults
- Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, ADD needs
- Ability to work creatively with individuals who require unique support
- Appropriate qualifications and training
