About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Westminster. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and contribute to their academic success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our students receive the best possible education and support, enabling them to reach their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing direct support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
  • Assisting teachers and other support staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support pupils with complex needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident when working with children, and have previous experience working with individuals with SEN needs. You should also be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £425-£500 per week, paid through PAYE, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of professionals.
