Learning Support Professional for Children with SEN

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Learning Support Professional for Children with SEN.
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to their SEN, developing tailored strategies to engage them in learning.

The salary for this position is estimated at £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, paid on a PAYE basis with no umbrella companies. The position requires the appropriate qualifications and training, and all applicants will undergo safeguarding checks.
About the Position:
- Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN
- Developing strategies to engage pupils in learning
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective support for pupils
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN children or adults
- Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, ADD needs
- Ability to work creatively with individuals who require unique support
- Appropriate qualifications and training
