Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant at our client's primary school in Westminster, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of pupils with SEN. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting 1:1 and group intervention sessions to support pupils with diverse needs
  • Making learning accessible and engaging for pupils with SEN, including those with ASD, Dyslexia, and ADHD
  • Assisting teachers with lesson plans and ensuring that every child reaches their full potential
  • Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Psychology or a related subject, as well as experience working with children with SEN. A passion for building positive relationships and making a real difference in the lives of pupils is essential. The salary range for this position is £105-£110 per day, with a start date of ASAP.
