Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading small-group interventions and whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher, promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils with varying needs, including SEN and EAL students, and collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver exciting and inclusive lessons.
  • Assisting with the development of tailored educational resources, working closely with experienced educators and accessing ongoing training and CPD opportunities.
  • Promoting a safe and respectful learning environment, adhering to stringent safer recruitment procedures and supporting equality and challenging discrimination.
