Description:

  • We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Northwestern Community Services Board.
  • The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant human services field and be eligible for a Virginia license (LPC or LCSW).
  • As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with adults experiencing substance use disorders through individual, group, and family therapy, as well as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
  • You will also develop treatment plans, perform diagnostic assessments, and provide direct treatment services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a relevant human services field
  • Virginia license eligibility (LPC or LCSW)
  • A combination of education, experience, and training indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required
