We are looking for a skilled Housing and Mental Health Coordinator to join our team at Northwestern Community Services Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accessing housing, medical, social, vocational, and educational services for clients with mental health or substance use diagnoses in Permanent Supportive Housing.

The qualified applicant will have a strong understanding of mental health work principles, including developing and reviewing service plans and working with community resources to meet client needs. This position requires at least one year of experience working with adults to meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) standards, including experience with special needs populations, homelessness, and housing-related issues.

This exciting opportunity comes with a starting salary of $42,323 and a complete benefits package, including enrollment in the Virginia Retirement System. The successful candidate must also possess a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide own transportation.

The Housing and Mental Health Coordinator will work in an environment that may expose them to allergenic environments in client's homes. Therefore, they must be able to manage these situations effectively.
