Therapist for Youth with Mental Health Disorders

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Diagnostic Assessor and Therapist working with youth and their families in Winchester City Public Schools.
About the Role:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify youth with mental health disorders.
- Develop service plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to support positive outcomes.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with community agencies and facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant human services field (Master's preferred).
- 1+ year of clinical experience working with youth and their families.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure or eligible.
- Clean driving record and ability to provide transportation as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
- $60,577.00 annual salary.
- Participation in the Virginia Retirement System.
- Full-time benefits package including enrollment in the Virginia Retirement System.
