About the Position

The Northwestern Community Services Board is seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to fill the role of Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients who require housing services and mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in accessing housing, medical, social, vocational, and educational services
  • Develop and implement service plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients

Requirements and What We Offer

  • A combination of mental health work experience or relevant education and training
  • At least one year of experience working with adults to meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide own transportation
  • Starting salary: $42,323
  • Pension plan through Virginia Retirement System
  • Benefits package including enrollment in Virginia Retirement System
