Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Old Age Psychiatry Middle Grade Doctor to join our team at Melbury Lodge. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of staff through mentoring and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing psychiatric services for older patients, including assessment, treatment, and continuing care
- Working collaboratively with the mental health team to achieve shared goals
- Contributing to the development of staff through mentoring and leadership
Requirements:
- Experience as an Old Age Psychiatry Middle Grade Doctor
- Strong therapeutic skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to lead by example and encourage continuous professional development
