Job Overview

Choice Care is a leading provider of residential care services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team at Compton House, an eleven-bedroom residential home catering to residents with complex needs, including those who are non-verbal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with managers and other shift leaders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervising and engaging residents during mealtimes to promote a positive dining experience

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
