Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Transport Specialist to join our team at Secure Care UK. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and transportation services to patients in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and secure transportation to patients, while maintaining a high level of empathy and understanding throughout the journey. Our team works closely with NHS trusts, private settings, and other healthcare providers to deliver top-notch patient transport services.

Job Requirements
  • A valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS certification
  • Excellent communication skills, including IT ability
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care
  • Demonstrate resilience
  • Able to work as part of a team effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
Salary and Benefits

This contract is paid at a blended rate of £12.37 p/h (Day, Night and Weekend Shifts). 20 extra per hour for work at a Mental Health 'place of safety' and for bed watch activities, supporting ward staff)
