About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse in our esteemed trust, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your exceptional clinical management skills, leading the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a designated group of service users.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring junior staff and students are actively engaged in patient activity, observing and recording changes in service user physical, mental health, and behavior. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to plan and deliver care is crucial, as well as maintaining a working knowledge of relevant legislation, policy, and guidance.
