Job Overview

Duties include conducting diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to children with mental health concerns.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,577.00 annually, with additional benefits such as participation in the Virginia Retirement System and a full-time benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments to identify youth with mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to promote positive outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with community organizations and facilities serving children and families

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience working with youth and their families
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure or eligibility
  • Clean driving record and ability to transport clients as needed

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged sitting and computer work
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
