About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Retail Partnerships Manager to join our team at Collinson. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing markets to recruit, manage, and maximize merchandising opportunities for the SmartEarn platform based on client needs and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all conversations with top-tier retailers in UK & IE
  • Guide the Retailer Partnerships team on campaign delivery
  • Team lead for key clients in UK & IE
  • Negotiate commercial packages with UK & IE retailers to align with agreed calendars, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and provide maximum value for money
  • Support the Retail Partnerships Director with planning
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with relevant teams to provide market insights, performance analysis, and recommendations for future activity
  • Responsible for developing and delivering strategic plans to engage retailers in UK & IE, optimizing a mix of retailers to deliver against the strategic and commercial requirements of client programs and campaigns
  • Execute and support campaign calendars using knowledge, experience, performance data, retailer insights, and seasonality

Requirements:

  • Commercially oriented individual with experience in affiliate marketing, content management, and campaign creation
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of success in retail partnership development
