Reservation Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservation Coordinator to join our team at Novotel Liverpool. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring seamless check-in operations, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations received via various channels, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with smooth check-in operations, accurately entering reservation details, and communicating crucial information to relevant staff members.
- Guest Service: Provide warm welcomes, exceptional assistance, and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software.
