Accommodation Booking Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Booking Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring seamless check-in operations, and providing exceptional guest services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage reservations received via various channels, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes
* Collaborate with hotel departments to confirm reservations and provide crucial information to staff members
* Provide warm welcomes and exceptional assistance to guests, driving room sales and optimizing operations
* Ensure smooth check-in operations by accurately entering reservation details
* Liaise with hotel departments to address customer requests and facilitate smooth operations
