Job Title: Team Secretary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Secretary to join our Complex Care Division at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Documentation and Archiving: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Scheduling and Supervisions: Coordinate appointments, schedules, and supervisions for our team members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient use of time.
  • Meeting Support and Administration: Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Communication and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure records of communication with clients, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Clinical Operations Support: Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
  • Additional Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare, clinical, or social care setting.
  • Proven experience in managing documentation, scheduling, and report generation.
  • Experience with data collection for clinical or operational analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
