Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Guildmore. As a key member of our Facades & Cladding Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our tenants in their homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective support to tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our project teams to ensure that all planned works, queries, and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and engagement.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary between £28,000-£34,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and car/travel allowance.
