Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Eden Brown. As a key member of our External Managing Agent department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and supporting our Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with residents to provide a great service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Property Managers and Housing Officers with administrative tasks, including tenancy reviews and new build handover administration.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless handovers of new builds into the EMA team.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
