Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works

CPR Recruitment is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's Planned Works Division in East London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication across all parties, progressing projects, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build Positive Relationships with Residents: Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, providing support and information during refurbishment and maintenance works.
  2. Mitigate Dissatisfaction with Planned Works: Identify and address potential issues, ensuring that residents are informed and satisfied with the planned works.
  3. Resolve Complaints and Queries: Swiftly and efficiently resolve complaints and queries, providing a high level of customer service.
  4. Visit Tenants and Advise on Pre-Planned Works: Visit tenants to advise on pre-planned works, ensuring that they are informed and prepared.
  5. Liaise with Housing Associations: Build relationships with housing associations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Work Closely with Project and Site Management Teams: Collaborate with project and site management teams to ensure a high level of customer service and quality of work.
  7. Produce and Collect Tenancy Approval Forms: Produce and collect tenancy approval forms, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  8. Ensure Resident Satisfaction: Ensure that residents are satisfied with the planned works, providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Clean Driver's License: Possess a clean driver's license.
  2. Minimum 2 Years Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RLO within construction.
  3. Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
  4. Positive and Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
  5. Excellent Written English: Possess excellent written English skills.
  6. Able to Work in a Team: Be able to work effectively in a team.
  7. Competent Computer Skills: Possess competent computer skills.
