Delegate Liaison Executive

Citywire is in search of a dedicated and highly organised professional to become a vital member of our Delegate Liaison team. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of our prestigious events, both domestically and globally. Key Responsibilities:

As our Delegate Liaison Executive, you will be central to our events, ensuring that all operations proceed without a hitch. Your responsibilities will include managing communications with participants, coordinating with accommodation providers, and crafting tailored agendas. Additionally, your role will require travel to assist with event logistics, engage with attendees, and contribute to the overall success of our gatherings.

-Event Management: Oversee all facets of event planning, including participant communications, accommodation arrangements, and agenda development.

-On-Site Assistance: Travel to events both nationally and internationally to support logistics and interact with attendees.

-Diverse Engagement: Connect with individuals from various backgrounds to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

-Database Oversight: Maintain our Delegate Liaison events databases, ensuring precision and efficiency.

-Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside the IT department to enhance data flow between Citywire's events application and databases.

-Feedback Collection: Gather delegate insights and feedback, sharing valuable information internally to improve future events.

-Innovative Contributions: Assist in the development of new and engaging event formats that captivate our audiences.

-Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communicator with a friendly and professional approach.

-Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

-Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail in all aspects of work.

-Organisational Expertise: Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

-Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally and work outside of standard office hours.

-Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

-Data Management: Comfortable working with data and eager to expand your knowledge of its application within Citywire.
