We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team at Wates. As a key member of our social housing division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents across multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent approach to customer care.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect ongoing works, ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.

**Requirements:**

  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, enabling you to travel between sites.
  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, with a strong track record of successfully managing planned maintenance programmes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
