- Knowledgeable in housing law, safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health, and more.
- Experienced in complex casework management and tenancy management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in coaching or motivational interviewing techniques to empower residents.
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide advice in accurate spoken English.
- Collaborative, flexible, and constructive in dealings with residents, colleagues, and partners.
