Children's Learning Disabilities Deputy Lead

CareTech Group is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities and complex health conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team and play a key role in achieving this mission.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000-£48,000 based on experience, depending on location within the UK.
About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for providing managerial control and direction in relation to staff duties and responsibilities, assisting the Registered Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose, and supporting and managing the staff team to meet the needs of children effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing managerial control and direction in relation to staff duties and responsibilities
- Assisting the Registered Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
- Supporting and managing the staff team to meet the needs of children effectively
- Good understanding of developmental needs and milestones of young people with complex needs and/or learning disabilities
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- At least 2 years' experience in a Senior/Team Leader position working with children and young people
- Fully paid induction programme
