We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at CareTech Group, a leading nationwide social care provider. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities and complex health conditions.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000-£50,000 based on experience, depending on location within the UK.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing managerial control and direction in relation to staff duties and responsibilities
  • Assisting the Registered Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supporting and managing the staff team to meet the needs of children effectively
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of developmental needs and milestones of young people with complex needs and/or learning disabilities
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Senior/Team Leader position working with children and young people
