Empower Adult Learners for Career Success
We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Specialist to join our team at S Knights. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver high-quality teaching sessions that cater to the diverse needs of adult learners.
- Evaluating Learner Progress: Conduct regular assessments to monitor learner progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
- Career Guidance: Provide expert guidance to learners on potential career paths, supporting their transition into employment or further education.
- Creating Customised Learning Plans: Develop tailored learning plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each learner.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress, adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
- Fostering Employer Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local employers to enhance learner employability and career prospects.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. CTLLS, PTLLS, AET, PGCE)
- Maths and English qualifications at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2
- Proven experience in delivering Functional Skills and vocational training
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity with a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
