About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Trident Group, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The successful candidate will work in a person-centred approach, delivering an outstanding service that enhances the lives of our service users.
The role involves supporting individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.
Key responsibilities include building meaningful relationships, de-escalating incidents, and creating a safe environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of supporting adults with challenging behaviour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and social care legislation and CQC fundamental standards
