Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Locality Manager to lead a team in providing residential care for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of team leaders, support workers, and a deputy manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
  • Manage staff performance and development
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities and complex behaviours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
